Terms of Service

By using MontanaFreightGroup.com, you agree to these terms. Freight brokerage services are provided under a Broker-Carrier Agreement. Dispatch services are provided under a signed Dispatch Service Agreement.

Carrier Requirements. Motor carriers must maintain active FMCSA operating authority, minimum insurance limits, and a Satisfactory safety rating.

Shipper Terms. Payment terms, credit limits, and lane commitments are governed by the executed MSA.

Liability. MFG's liability is limited to the terms of the applicable service contract.

Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of MFG's registered office.
